Whoever told you it was dangerous was not correct.

You can simply use a penimaster pro or a phallosan forte+. You can google those products they have a lot of videos and information on how to use them.

Hey Luis ; Can phallosan forte+ be used During sleep time? I work in an office so I can't use it during day time.
I ( 29 M) took Spironolactone 400 mg to treat my hair loss. As a result, the penis shrunk from 6” to 4”. with Severe erectile dysfunction. Looking into the penile implant with Sliding Technique.

Shrunken,

It can, i just don't know how effective it will be. I usually wear mine at night to top-off a few left-over hours. It's just that the tension will not be consistent and you will not be doing straight-out traction like you would with the rods.

You could try getting up a little earlier and use it sitting up while reclining on a pillow or sheets while you finish off your sleep. Do like 2-3hrs before you go to work, 2-3hrs before going to sleep, and a few hours as you sleep. I just don't think only doing it while sleeping will be super effective.

Also, if you get nighttime erections it can get very uncomfortable.

Hmm, these devices usually have a minimum length requirement. I think you should contact the manufactures and ask directly. I can think of a technique that would not have a minimum length requirement.

Basically you can get the vacuum kit for the glans: https://totalmanshop.com/collections/ac ... cum-device

Then you can install a pulley system: https://totalmanshop.com/collections/ac ... ley-system on a desk.

Then you would use the same traction weight as the penimaster pro or phallosan forte+ which is around 4-5lbs max i believe.

Best.

Let me see if i have this right. If your penis is big then you can use an extender but if your penis is small then you can't use an extender,is that right? Something sounds wrong.

It's just the way the designs work. Nothing wrong about it. Manufacturers have to support the most users out there. And most buyers have a minimum length. Simply reach out to the manufacturers or follow the technique i outlined.

I did check with phallosan forte and they said it would any size man.So i asked to have a size so they said min.1 inch. I liked the phallosan forte the best so i did not ask perimaster pro.
