Search for Dr. Gautam Banga, he's probably the one of who does the most amount of implants in India. Get an online consult, I had good experience with him. He will make you go through all other measures before the implant route. I believe there's a couple of people in this forum who have got implants from him but you will have to search in detail.

My parents were born in Bangladesh. I was raised in US. While I can't personally recommend Dr. Rupin Shah (since stories of implants by doctors around Asia aren't commonly heard about), someone from India told me he has done implants for the bollywood actors that need it. So he may be good. I don't know how much he charges either, but I see he was mentioned here a few times.

Also, not sure if you should even be considering implants if pills work. If/once they stop working, then consider implant. Right?

I have also heard about Rupin Shah. Yes, implant is always the last resort but my parents are pressuring me for marriag, thats what bothers me. You are lucky that you are raised in US. The amount of shaming an impotent person has to undergo in conservative countries like Bangladesh is unimaginable.

IF you want to get married, and IF pills work most of the time, what's stopping you? Perfection to perform all of the time isn't expected. Expecting perfection adds to anxiety. If pills work majority of the time, partner will be ok if you're a good husband otherwise. Use pills until they no longer work most of the time, while saving up for an implant incase pills stop working 5-15 yrs down the line. Ultimately, you must do what's best for you. But just sharing my thoughts incase it helps you.
