Before my penile fracture in 2002 I was about 8" length/ 6.5 girth
2 months before surgery doc had me use VED therapy 10 minutes 2x a day to try to regain length
When I began I was about 5" at the end of 2 months 2 days before implant I was up to 6.5" in the VED
Doc did the stretch and told me my results would be between 5 and 6" max because scarring keeps the tissue from stretching to what it used to. As of yesterday I measured 5.5" length x 5.5" girth at about 50% inflated.
55 years old. ED since 2002 total venous leakage after penile fracture. Tried all the pills and injections all failed to help. Some success with VED, but felt too unnatural to both of us, seldom used. Implanted 06/21/12. Trying to wear IT out.

Today is day 13 post-op,
Feeling great only slight discomfort in scrotum... some sort of pinching feeling when I move a certain way. The PA says most guys report a similar feeling he suspects its the tissue around the pump, but that it seems to pretty much disappear after about four weeks. He told him to let them know if it continues beyond that, because the doc likes to track those kinds of things. Thursday is my two week check-up. Hope to get cleared for some exercise...hate sitting around the house.

Two week post-op,
Saw doc today. Says everything is looking on track. He asked me if I felt up to having him pump it up, or did I want to wait till my six week check. I told him to a ahead and give it a go. He told me to say stop if it hurt too much. First he deflated it and told me that it released just fine. Then he started to pump, I had to ask him to stop when he got to five... it became too uncomfortable. His notes show they pumped it twenty times in the OR. and left pumped at about 7. He feels that by the 6 month mark I should be able to pump 25 times. He told me there is no way to over fill the cylinders, the resevior only holds enough to fill the size cylinders implanted I was worried they might pop if over pumped.. Because I did well on inflating I can begin inflating and releasing once a day starting next week, and to try to add at least one pump each day. No intercourse until after he sees me in six weeks. He has to make sure everything stays where it supposed to. At five pumps it felt rock hard,

My wife was watching me inflate last night, and said she was ready to hop on top...I told her no way. Not yet anyway. I don't know if I can wait 5 more weeks. Is there anyone out there that didn't wait, and if so how did it go?

Saw the PA yesterday, because I was worried about some continued drainage from the incision. I spoke to the nurse on Friday and she asked me to come in on Monday... Told him no pain just itching like crazy. He checked for infection, and all looks fine, and had me inflate and deflate. I was able give the pump 20 squeezes although after about 10 they were about half because the bulb is so stiff. I see the doc in two weeks to make sure everything is staying put and if so I can start putting it to good use.

Born 1948, wed 1969. BPH & Type II Diabetes at age 35. TURP-2002; ED even before that--diabetes. Cardiac valve surgery: 2007 & 2019. Poor results with pills. Started trimix injections in Nov, 2010. Great results from the very beginning.

Today is day 35 post-op
Everything feeling better every day... Can pump to 20 with no discomfort.
Still feels stiff when flaccid, but will lay pretty flat when im lying down. I'm including some pics to give guys an idea of what it looks like. Want to give it a test drive, but don't want to hurt anything.

Today is 8 weeks post-op. Saw the doc today and he is very pleased with the results. I am inflating twice a day. Feeling no pain during intercourse and my wife is pleased. She mentioned the size difference wasn't as visually appealing, but that sex itself was much more comfortable. She didn't feel the need to be on top. She used to insist so she could control penetration. This gives us many more options position wise, and we have been trying them all.
