Good luck White Cane. There are gauges that surgeons use to measure the exact cylinders that are applied, but some surgeons where they mess up is they do not pull the cylinders up far enough. I know because the first implant I had the tips were barely at the base of my glan and I thought I had lost about an inch, it was an Ultrex. Now I have the LGX and a different surgeon told me that he needed to pull the cylinders up about an inch into the glan to where the tip is more or less centered about halfway into the glan, then he just added rte's accordingly. Now after the LGX were installed and pulled up it gave me close to what I used to have before implants which was eight or more inches. But I was real happy with the seven incher. It served its purpose and satisfied many. One more inch is not going to make a difference in my opinion. Actually most women do not even care for real large dicks. Most will tell you that it is how you use it, not the size. Some do get excited with a larger penis, but not many. Some will not even let you put it in them. So there you go. Be satisfied with what mother nature gave you.
