Not sure what anyone else has to say about it. But with my 20 cm, I have a solid 6.75 when I am engorged. Maybe I got short cruz length. Now this is with a wood ruler bone pressed against pubic bone. The only sure way to measure.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.

My man, I would just be happy to have more than the 5.25 I have right now… Again, I guess it’s average but, definitely doesn’t feel that way compared to what I had even a couple of days before surgery when I got that last Hail Mary 30 seconds long erection and measured…
Implanted October 2019 Dr. Kramer lgx 18 cm +2 rear tips. Preop at 6.75 post op 5.25... awaiting revision… Implanted for possibility of having our first child.
