Exciting news spend an hour in the John with 50% inflated dick and maneuvering my ass so I could finally take a dump. 5 day delay. To pee is good, shit is good, balls still giant balloons. Penis hurts from being erect all the time. Not complaining that schedule for 1/7 deflation and office had been waiting 2 weeks for deflation. No chance in hell I could work with a 50% in inflated dick. Main problem is the ball sack. It hurts but swelling seems to be decreasing.

I couldn't sit to shit when I was freshly out of surgery. I had to hover and aim. Unfortunately on at least one occasion my aim was a little lacking and I had further cleanup of the surrounding areas.

It did help some that I used an enema bulb on occasion due to postoperative constipation (not sure if it was OIC as I was barely taking the Tramadol I was given).

Around day 4, I had started wearing normal underwear (Separatec where possible) and I used a disposable adult diaper booster (Abena Abri-Boost Maxi) folded up in the bottom of the underwear for scrotal support. The disposable booster's big advantage was that it's soft due to the cellulose fluff, it's absorbent (any leakage of incision or other is caught), and it's disposable so no washing afterward and no stains to my underwear from unanticipated body fluids such as blood or drainage.

I wore the maxi boosters folded in the bottom of my briefs for about 1-1.5 weeks before I was able to let the pump and the boys freeball in the briefs.

Swelling subsides in many areas, I notice swelling and discomfort in a different area. Guess the other was so bad it masked any pain from second area.

Still have dick edema. Pretty sure that will go away. Fluid filled portions are warm but not hot to touch, so I’m comfortable that circulation is good and nothing is going to turn into gangrene.

Bruising definitely getting better.

Ball swelling a lot less. But that means two balls and pump are arguing over a confined space and yeah, I can feel it.

We seem to be tracking pretty close.im about ready to call in the big guns as far as drugs are concerned. Flintstone vitamins.

Biker60, I've had the flipped and 90 degree images a lot early on. I just go into my photo editor and crop the image slightly and then FT seems to understand the photo's direction better.

So was deflated today and PA did it twice and I am still walking with a semi erection. Definitely not as hard for the past 5 days. But I am still swollen. So for you titan guys is this what a flaccid titan looks like. Or does it relax more overtime? I still have a bend I knew that and that was always a consideration. Dr did a partial plication. He did not want to do a graft as the surgery was already 2 hours in. I can feel the cylinders and that is probably giving me the semi. Still not complaining as dick is really swollen. Btw, squeezing the pump to deflate and penis was really a bitch.
