You could ask about imaging of your pelvic area, ultrasound, or CT scan, or MRI. That might show in detail how the implant is fitting in your body and might show the cylinder folds if you were oversized. Imaging is non-invasive and relatively inexpensive, maybe something to ask your surgeon about.
I kind of dislike throwing guesses around about someone else's problem. But I'll step up & throw out an idea. Op (oneperson) has stated that the implant tips can be felt in his glans area. I wonder if the bottom of his implant is truly seated to the bottom of his crus. It just seems like for him to be oversized by the amount that is being discussed. His doctor would of had to of made a huge measurement error.
Can anybody with an implant feel or judge how far the bottom end of the implant goes in their body?
I can feel the bottom end of my RTE. Working out your problem, average cruse length would be 6cm with a 12cm penis. That is 18cm. looks as though you are implanted 3 cm too long. Just my rough opinion.
