Anyone using VED post implant?

The cylinders are reinforced, made to take, or rather give, a pounding, so a vacuum suction is not going to do anything to it. The negative pressure generated is not enough to rupture the thing, if it does, then the cylinder was defective to begin with and was going to happen anyway at some point just from inflating it. I credit it for expanding my corpora, which has allowed me to inflate to bigger girth. I don't see any downside.

What's the VED help with 2 years post implant? That's that keep/improve your size or is it for girth size or something like that? Blood flow thing? Sounds like something I'll definitely end up doing, figured I should ask why I'll be doing it lol.

Well, one benefit that doesn't get talked about on here, is for penile tissue health. Just like guys who are impotent and arent' getting erections, their tissues atrophy, fibrosis can occur and the penis gets less elastic, will shorten over time. Even though we have an implant in place to stop the shortening process, we aren't getting the erections that help keep blood flowing to the glans and what's left of corpora tissues. over time that is just going to contribute to a smaller glans, thinner walled penis. The VED keeps those tissues happy and healthy with good blood flow, especially if you're not having sex very often.

I've been using one for a couple weeks now, 6 months post op. My head was not engorging as much as it used to, and my tips are far into the glands. My Dr. ok'd the gentle use of a VED, just need to use some common sense. It has made a difference in short time.

For anyone stumbling on the the topic like me, this kind of misinformation is ridiculous. The highest the studies I saw went was 30 psi which makes me think that's about the max the Touch pump could produce, but the cylinders are rated for 7500 psi. A VED on the other hand can only pull 1/10 what the implant can produce internally before your skin rips to pieces (blisters).

This dude very likely pumped hard against the tubing and that is what cracked... if you aren't careful the VED will press directly on the seam between cylinder and tubing. I use multiple pump pads and keep it angled up and I'm still a little anxious.

Regarding VED,
I used it for 6 months before surgery, regained my size of 14 cm and gained girth.
With VED, my size reached 17 cm. The side effect was darkening of the penis skin.
After the implant, I'm using it with medical clearance, but the penis is sensitive; it seems like the VED is compressing the urethra, causing discomfort.
