I’m seeing that your post went off on a different tract! Regarding the Prostrate Cancer treatment resulting in a “cold shower” syndrome, unfortunately, I can speak somewhat intelligently!!
I’m not sure where it starts but I had it most of the way through my Radiation Therapy.
I dreaded going there, lying on the table with my pants to my knees, with that condition.
You like to think that the tech’s ((mostly young women) are professional and it doesn’t matter, but in my mind, they were laughing their a$$es off behind the wall!!! So humiliating!!!!
Did it start with the biopsy? The placement of the targets (he did damage then, I passed a piece of meat while urinating later that day)? The Eligard (of which I am still on)?
All I know is that upon completing my 44 dosed, I sat in the Dr.s office and he said “ how you doing”? I pointed to the poster on the wall of the guy cut in half, and said “not good, I want to look like that guy again”!!! Without an exam, he described me to a tee and sent me to mens health!
They told me I need penile rehabitation and told to use a penis pump and Viagra!!!! I can’t seem to bring myself to do that! I look at it as some sort of jerking off and I can’t afford $10 per pill x twice a day, seven days a week!!!! I’m in some sort of a f*&$ed up limbo!!! I don’t even let my wife see me naked!! I can’t imagine using a f*&#ing penis pump but I sooooo miss my wife so much that (after hearing my self here) will order one.
So in closing, try a Mens Health doctor because, you’re not alone.

I have no problem with nudity because that's the way we all come into the world.

Medical books illustrate every detail of the human anatomy. I have all the bits that a male is supposed to come with.

I am not shy about me being me.

We all know what neked men & women look like so why the taboo?

I guess a problem could be in how perverse a person could be.

I'm perfectly fine with that, it's no shame to seek professional help and take off your clothes when needed. It's better than suffering in silence, that's for sure.

After this radical prostatectomy journey I believe i could walk outside The James and see my dick up on a billboard and be like well....it is what it is.
The thing that always helped me with the opposite sex observing me or handling my man bits was this....women typically are not turned on visually by the penis. Big or small, hard or limp. Your abs, your butt sure....but truth is most women think its bizarre looking. After I realized most women could honestly care less if I'm nude or clothed in these situations I just quit worrying about. Once they leave you they just go to another man and all they see is the clock ticking away to lunch or going home.

Unless.....you do a helicopter I don't think anyone in the medical field notices balls, butts, dicks at all.

good comments guys , we are both nude at home most nights,and took in nude beaches, both are proud of our of our bodies and what we have, I have no problems seeing other guys and girls, and if they wish to stair at my cock go ahead, had the odd one at the beach give it a yank or two

I love being naked, the wife and I have been to many nude beaches, we are members of a nudist resort where we have a lot of friends and we have been to Desire a lifestyle resort and many swinger parties. The other day the wife and I were talking and I said, you know what is funny we are not like most people, I have seen everyone of my friends wives naked. When we are at the nudist resort with our friends we have even taken a group shower as they have a shower which is one big room with 8 shower heads and there were 6 couples In there, one big shower it was great.
