That is really good to read that you are so happy with the malleable. Who did your malleable implant? and do you have good natural engorgement?

What you say about tubes and pumps is true. I honestly hate the connection tubes and the pump in my scrotum so much, maybe it is because of placement but i find the pump very uncomfortable as it sticks out of my scrotum (it is not on the same level as the testicles), and the connection tubing goes up my shaft and is palpable. Just not having that in itself would be a great upgrade.

Dr. Laurence Levine did my implant. Amazing doctor, doesn't really get enough attention on this forum but he's not the best marketer compared to guys like Hakky and Clavell who have big YouTube presences. I have very good natural engorgement, which surprised me given everything that everyone has said about the malleable. I still have hard-ons with my malleable hard-on. But even without that, I still think this thing would be a massive confidence booster. December 2024 marks for me the start of the beginning of my new life.

Duke, is Levine #1 for malleables in USA?

I consider Levine to be among the best, given the sheer volume of his implants, his 0.3% infection rate, his bedside manner, and the depth of his urological knowledge. He's written two definitive books of Peyronie's, teaches the younger generation of great surgeons, etc. I think of him as being on the Mount Rushmore of prosthetic urologists.
Born 1990. ED since age 20 after a bicycle accident. Coloplast Genesis malleable implanted December 2024. Read my implant journal here.

Hey duke,

If you don’t mind my asking, what kind of erectile dysfunction did you have for twenty years that you still have good natural engorgement?

Thanks,

These days, with the implant, when I'm very aroused I get good engorgement to the head and some extra girth around the implant. In the past, I could get an erection but couldn't keep it — and my anxiety about it made it even worse. And most of the time I couldn't get hard at all unless I took 100mg or more of Viagra, to which I quickly developed a tolerance. My erections were extremely inconsistent.

I don't have an implant but I listen to Howard Stern and one of his "War packers" Bobo had the surgery....He doesn't paint it in a positive light...just an FYI
70 year old legally separated retired health-care professional. ED began in my early 50's. Viagra worked great for about 5 years, then had cardiac by-pass surgery and eventually moved to injections about 10 years ago.

Damn Happy from Day One with my implant. It did take me a while to understand the why the Pump was so hard. My surgery went great. My surgeon was top notch. The hospital and the staff spoiled my azz. No complications. I had more mental issues from someone cutting on my tool. It's not everyday that someone is cutting on your tool. The doctor went in from the public area. No excessive drugs. I did have to make me a custom donut pillow for better support and a place for my balls to drop when sitting. And the healing time went very fast. I am on post 16 months surgery. At 6 months after surgery was the first time I test drove my new toy.....with a BJ, a Normal screw, and a Jerkoff. That told me that the pipe and plumbing was sexually working. So don't put off your surgery, trust your surgern, ask a 1000 questions. Just have you serveral of ICE bags.
72, AMS 700 LGX. Married to an Angel. Discovered ED at 67. Path = Diabetic, Supplements, Pills, Needle, Pump, and finally AMS 700 (2-8-24).

German doctors with high volume and good ratings are: Damir Osmonov (Lübeck), Georgios Hatzichristodoulou (Nuremberg), Jörg D. Fröhlich (Geldern), Saskia Morgenstern (Frankfurt), Christian Leiber (Freiburg), Omar Maghaireh (Bonn), Frank Sommer (Hamburg)
57 years old, living in Germany, ED since 2004, Levitra in high doses still works.
I sometimes use an Osbon pump and two D-rings during sex. It works very well.

Are all of those high volume?

By the way you can comment directly in the doctor list thread so it is added to the list :)

I see. So was the problem a venous leak, or purely psychological/anxiety mediated?

its a misconception that the body developes a tolerence to ED pills , the ED gets worse .
"While ED pills can improve erections, ED itself is a progressive condition, meaning it often gets worse over time. This is not a tolerance to the medication, but rather the underlying causes of ED, such as age-related decline, chronic illnesses, or lifestyle factors, are worsening"
