I said consciously or unconsciously..but you decided to omit this part..and yes from what I have observed especially in implanting that older guys tend to be less critical..waaay less critical and i needed further elaboration to deliver how less critical they are in this specific matter...and it doesn't demean them...at all i swear... women happily spread drama doesn't demean them either...asians eat rice for breakfast...doesn't demean them too....next time I will use euphemisms... so you can clearly see the ideas and participate by agreeing or objecting....because I'm still looking for participation in the ipp vs mpp dilemma and looking way less for political overcorrectness.

I don't know when will we learn that numbers claimed by doctors/companies are hoax....as you said it's mathematically impossible even with the stupid claim : "those with problems show up"...still mathematically impossible...and why is it a stupid claim ? For 2 reasons... 1)Because franktalk has a prospective sample..alot who got fucked up with tubings and pumps first report here that they are happy...2) as there are folks who are busy fucking...there are many others busy suffering complications. And yesss regarding loss of size post revisions...it's well documented and logical especially after an infection which happens more often with ipps....and they still say same crap about ipp preserving size...no not always...and the size loss in mpp is only significant in big dicks...only and onlyyy big dicks (not average or a little above average in terms of girth)..due to lack of bigger sizes as they can't go beyond 15 mm (like the indian shah) per rod as it migh compress the urethra and cause urinary problems ..... if your corpora acomodates 11 mm per rod it will still accomodate 11 mm through an inflatable no matter how big it could get in vitro...if it expands to be a planet, it will still be 11 mm in your dick...infact it will need tedious daily or semi daily cycling all the way.

I wonder if you are talking about Ghattas? I did have a consultation with him and i remember him telling me he never had a failure with Coloplast. Which has to be a lie, since there are so many failures in this forum alone, even people with multiple coloplast failures in the same person. How can someone who implants 800+ implants per year never seen a coloplast failure?

I could definetely tell they are heavily influenced by Coloplast as they kept pushing it very hard as the brand i should choose and barely even considering my opinion. (i was asking for a revision of my rigicon but i did not want to change brand, and they kept pushing).

If you think about it objectively, this is not only a doctor thing. If you have, let's say, an official BMW car dealership, you wil most likely never say anything bad about the brand, and you might even say that you have never seen a car fail, even if it's completely not true.

This is why this forum is important, to be able to see real patient experiences.

P.S: I really wonder who OP "principles" is doing with his tactra after so long. It seems he hasn't provided any updates since 2023. I reall hope he is well.

Thank you to the moon and back...this forum is for having insight in the valley of morbid capitalism and oligarchy..and yess thanks for the bmw analogy...what I want to add is doctors are exactly dealers...nothing more...especially in implantology as they are dealing with devices..they trash talk these devices their careers and efforts end instantly...period. Even in the most humanitarian and communist sense why would they trash talk the companies that provide the only solution to refractory ED....Thanks for the analogy...you don't want the car dealer to trash talk the car and loose his job...you should be aware of pros and RISKS before stepping in and buying a car, through anecdotes,forums and common sense...
