What is an NSA site?
63 years old, male, low-grade prostate cancer active surveillance only, ED for 40 years, injecting trimix. VED's don't work. Dr. Raphael Carrion at TGH. Considering implant surgery.

Perhaps one "answer" would be to get your partner's permission to partake outside of the relationship. You promise to be discreet and safe; she promises to "don't ask" while you promise "don't tell." You two would have the conversation one time and the arrangement is good unless or until one or both of you call it off. It wouldn't be cheating if you get permission. Just an idea...
