It's not really numbness - more of a loss of sensation along the bottom of the penis head/frenum area. With my first implant it got somewhat better after 6-8 months. But that implant blew out after just 4.5 years, and my new implant has been in for about 5 months now. Almost no sensation so far but hopefully it will improve over time... Otherwise it was just $10,000 thrown away.....
