When i get a revision i want a lenth expanting impalnt to take pressure off the glans in the deflated state. I found a surgeon who has experience with this and recommends it, but i find it hard to imagine how he can size me correctly so there won't be too much pressure on my glans when inflated (because the possible growth is not exact and tunica dependent it seems).

If an LGX is recommended to be undersized by 2cm, but can grow by more than that it still seems risky to me. I don't wanna grow in length, i just want tissue safety.

I'll discuss further with a few surgeons.

You are overthinking for sure. The titans all reach +1cm over their stated lengths (per the studies) and in the deflated state we are all about an inch shorter. As soon as the cylinders soften up they accordion a bit, just not as much as AMS perhaps. When they say dog ears it's more like a bassett hound than a jack russell. There's a lot of crunch.

In short, none of these implants will keep pressure on the glans unless you include malleables. Also, obviously surgeons are not putting in -2cm across the board. The amount of expansion depends on the baseline (listed size) of the model you get, and any good surgeon is using a bit of intuition here.

With a trusted high-volume surgeon you are going to get just what you need and the only real choice you need to put forward is do you want slightly more natural flaccid or slightly more "steel" in your rod. The differences are not extreme.
Oct 7, 2025 - Coloplast Titan XL - Touch pump - 26cm - 0.5cm RTE with Jonathan Clavell. Still sorting out TRT; plan to try a "modified natty" approach without injections.

It was replaced with a AMS LGX almost 2 yrs ago, I picked up about 1/2" in length and girth is about the same, it takes no more than 25 pumps till max. If I remember the Titan was 21cm either 2 rte's, my AMS LGX is 18 cm with 5 rte's, no difference total in either one, and I got another 1/2" with the LGX. Good luck.

Do you mean that you have gained an inch in total from your length with the Titan? This is key info regarding whether the AMS "increases 25% in length" actually means "shrinks 25%" or not.

No, I do not have a starting point before the Titan, the Titan straightened out my peyronies, the 1/2' came with the LGX
