Im wondering if the original poster here was implying maybe if it still works after you have already "finished" and are in "having cigarette mode", but she needs to carry on still.
56, Mild ED started 20 years ago, Pills very effective for first 12 years. Then High Blood Pressure made ED much worse. Pills inconsistent now. Dont like needles. Planning IPP now, probably Rigicon Infla10 AX, to be done overseas.

I don’t think he was referring to a second round, just initially aroused to have sex with your partner.
