It is at par with Rigicon in all terms

What do u think how long will these malleables work for??

Because of the mechanical simplicity, they last a long time. I’ve heard many numbers tossed around. The one Dr Hakky told me is to plan for a revision at around 20 years - but that it wouldn’t be shocking if it lasted longer than that.

The drawback over time with malleables as I understand it is that they can develop “wobbliness” over time as tissue around them atrophies. This also sometimes results in some girth reduction too. As I understand, this shouldn’t impact their ability to provide a penetrative erection - but you may have to “guide” the malleable into your partner by hand in a way you simply wouldn’t have to with an inflatable.

I also understand that if this becomes a significant issue for the parent, that revision to an IPP is possible and would remedy the issue. This is my plan if this happens to me and becomes a significant enough problem.
ED since high school. Pills always hit or miss, mostly ineffective. Finally diagnosed with venous leak in early September 2025.
Surgery scheduled for Rigi10 MPP w/ Dr Hakky on January 20, 2026.
