I was instructed to use the VED for 2 months before surgery and then it was optional 2 months after surgery. Cycling was strongly recommended, but I don't want to damage the implant and that is a theoretical concern. I'm already happy with my size so I didn't think i needed post surgery as much, just let the implant do its work.
55 year old divorced 10 years, now with new partner, struggling with ED. Tried pills, injections, shock therapy. Implanted 22 Jan 2025 with Dr. Darshan Patel, AMS 700 CX 21 cm + 1 cm.
