Tooyoung my boy? Missed you buddy! How are things going? Hopefully you've made progress in treating the medical condition that lead you here in the first place, like many of us have. Despite whether we vibe with how others go on about it afterwards. I'm fortunate in that the implant has been positive-with a few minor tradeoffs, which have gotten more & more less than minor. ​I never bashed anyone trying to focus on life and ignore risks once they receive an implant, or those who accept the implant despite the risks because it is their only option. I have always encouraged that outlook. However, labeling those who offer criticism as trolls or negative is what I fought against. Do not conflate the two. I still respect you.

​Modern science encourages criticism. Once we worship modern science, it turns into a Soviet dystopian George Orwell carcass circus rather than "modern science". Let me give you a glimpse of where modern science currently stands. Those who publish studies about IPP longevity are often the same individuals who receive millions of dollars as shown on openpaymentsdata.cms.gov under the name of consultation fees. Even those studies declare a conflict of interest because they are lawfully obliged to do so.

look...positivity and negativity are two faces of the same coin. They are both a subjective outlook. Whether I am positive or negative will not change when the tubing breaks and subjects me to a revision. I honestly thought about starting a real "frank" talk forum...rather than one that breeds company reps who keep reiterating the same toxic narrative of beneficiaries..like risk is less than 1% with a dedicated implanter, even if u get revision u get a bigger penis and easier recovery etc etc...talking like fucking robots..and shutting down any critical conversation and provoking a cult when needed ...clearly there are paid reps patroling the site and I know who but I won't throw cheap empty accusations like some....Paul is innocent from this and well intentioned..he has nothing to do with this...that's just what I believe.

Unfortunately I don't have time currently to initiate a neutral forum...but certainly if i get time and money I will start a new one.

Oh, really the issue there is that he's peerless. There's no one he could really call part of his community. After all, nobody is as smart as him, as witty as him, as educated as him. He's a doctor. He's a psychologist. I bet he's even an astronaut. He's like the goddamned Chuck Norris of the dick implants forum. "Implantologists" ask him for advice, even though he's ... too young ... to provide it. His genius is staggering. I shudder in considering it.

But the tragedy is that he's utterly beholden to the technology and is still seeking out an implant procedure—even though he ritually derides the devices, the doctors, the research, the statistics, the analytical methods, the medical journals, the review boards ... I fully expect him to invent his own device, oversee the manufacturing process, teach veteran urologists how to perform the surgery, and then—incredibly—perform the world's first-ever self-administered penile implant surgery. There is no end to the extent of his heroics.
