I'm less than 3 weeks out from surgery so I haven't used mine yet but I would say if your plan is to hide your penile implant from any partners you may have, then maybe you should consider being more open about it.

The reality of having a penile implant is that yourself and your partner will have to acknowledge it, at least at some state.

I personally don't know how anyone could hide the pump for a lifetime. I have a Titan and my pump looks like a 3rd ball. It's bigger and heavier than my testes and it certainly feels like a hard lump of artificial matter. I personally don't see the point in trying to hide it.

Furthermore if your partner is very playful with his/her hands they will likely eventually feel the tubing as well as the pump. They may also become suspicious if they don't see the shaft becoming flacid after sex. Or if they grab your flacid penis when you're not expecting it and feel it doesn't grow, along with things like dog ears or crinkly cylinders, it could blow your cover.

I personally wouldn't see much point in trying to hide the fact that you have a penile implant if you have a penile implant.
