Principles’ experience and feedback here is very valuable.
My experience largely tracks his, except that I have not had any exclusive relationships. There are a number of women I have dated for a long time and have had sex with on dozens of occasions, but I have not felt the need to disclose my equipment to any of those ongoing relationships. But I suspect that you could largely get away with a “don’t ask don’t tell” approach, even for many years.
For context, I have been with around 70 women since implantation. None have come close to guessing about an implant. One mentioned that I had a very hard testicle (I shrugged it off that I knew about it and it was not a concern, she did not press the issue). A few have made comments about liking how my testicles hit them in doggy, I suspect probably because it hits them harder than most/all. But other than that, I don’t think a single one of them has the slightest clue. As a guy who never had great erections, I am sometimes a bit shocked at how seemingly all women treat semi-permanent erections that go for hours with no refractory period as within the range of normal male erectile response!
I do not actively get women to stay away from my balls anymore. I did a bit at first. But I like them licking my balls, particularly in threesomes where it is part of the two-headed oral routine. I also occasionally ask women to play with my balls to help me cum. I find they are mostly gentle and gingerly with them, they are not trying to explore every nook and cranny. Again, if any of them noticed anything, they haven’t said anything, except for that one woman.
I tested out disclosing my implant on a few women that I knew I would never see again to get a sense of how they took it. It’s a weird conversation to have after being together once. Generally, I really don’t recommend disclosing it early (I’m talking to you, Elbow!). It’s a small sample size, but to most of them it was an awkward conversation, like you just blew their mind with your hard cock and now they have a bit of a letdown. They were all mostly ok with it, but I only tested it on women that I knew I would not see again, explicitly one time things while traveling, so there is no way to gauge whether they were coming back for more after finding out. Part of the appeal for women is that they love making a man hard, and when you take that away from them early on, it detracts from their experience.
I don’t know how you bridge the conversation later if you decide you want to have a relationship with someone. But I feel that if you develop an emotional bond, many women will understand. If they don’t, well… you learned something about them. It’s just another thing that could be a dealbreaker I suppose. Personally, there are women I think are awesome but for their pussy not being so tight, and I’ve rejected relationships on the basis of that. Is that any better than knowledge of an implant being a dealbreaker? Not at all. It’s just a reality. Personally I also don’t like fake tits. They look great, but once I get to play with them I sorta lose interest. That’s life.
There is a bit of a double-edged sword with the disclosure. I feel most women would not be bothered by an implant because they are looking for other qualities in a guy besides his rock hard dick. BUT. If you find yourself attracting hotties who love your rock hard dick, it becomes a more perilous thing to disclose, as they might have more riding on believing they are the cause of that.
All of that is why my advice is: don’t disclose. Perhaps someday you might want to form a relationship with someone that involves greater transparency, and you can tell them about it then. Or maybe don’t, if we take Principle’s advice. I suppose it is probably a case by case determination.
In this year and a half since implantation, I have largely come to even really forget about the implant. Sometimes I find myself forgetting to inflate before going on a date or having sex (a quick trip to the bathroom does the trick). I just don’t worry about my guy at all. I just relax and enjoy the whole experience. You will undoubtedly not be able to do that early on (I certainly couldn’t), but eventually it just becomes a part of who you are.
And that is what I want to leave you with: your bionic cock is going to spread a lot more legs for you than it is going to close (I felt that was a better metaphor than opening and closing doors). Sure, there may be a woman that you like that doesn’t like it when you disclose your implant when things get serious. But you may not have even had a shot with that woman and many others if you didn’t have one. So focus on what’s great about having an implant, and don’t worry so much about the relatively minor downsides.

50. Implanted 5/21/2024 at Kaiser SSF. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

Right ,because they got validation from thinking THEY made you into a hard horny superman , that it was their female whiles and sexiness that turned you on .
then you tell them it's mechanical, and their ego gets deflated ,and hurt . Not that you or they didn't enjoy it but ,they want to be the reason for the erection , not a pump .
what's up with this need for guys to let a woman know every personal detail of their life ?
Any guy who has dated more than one woman ,should know women are experts at hiding facts of their personal , dating and sex life .
They do it so often it comes natural and they are smooth as butter .
only one woman asked me anything about my dick after we had sex ,and it was " why does your dick not sleep ?"
i didnt say a word . i smiled and pushed it down next to my leg . That was the end of that .
