I see. I did not know it was smaller than the tubing on an ink pen. That's insane. I thought it would be a lot thicker.
I had the scrotal surgery for my CX. I can feel a tube on my left side. It is surprisingly small. Just guessing, maybe around 2mm. Perhaps a bit bigger but I'd be surprised if it was 3mm. I think that you're just hung up on the word "tubing". Be aware, I have a CX. Titans might be larger.
