I had scrotal incision and it was not bad recovery (bruising, swelling) that most will claim. Was able to start cycling within 2 weeks.

yeah i can feel my tubing on the side like you described. I told the doctor to just do which ever way was easiest on my body type. I don't know if its because of my penis length or my low body fat, but he opted for the pubic option.
I also wonder if where the tubes are have any correlation to the titan tubes supposedly breaking.
is what it is at this point. When i get a revision ill try the scrotal install and see what happens.
