I figure if we are not firing doctors we are not maintaining our health.

3. Do you have an implant?

1. Very possibly

2. Your dick may be a different shape, size, feel different, have a pump, be even harder than Trimix, lots of other changes.

3. Yes, as my signature implies.

Look, you are gonna do what you are gonna do.
But you are not going to be able to hide an implant from your wife forever. If you do, that says something entirely different about what kind of marriage you think you might have.

Anyway… the issue here does not appear to be that you have a crazy doctor. The issue appears to be that you are not planning to tell your fiancée that you are getting implanted, and your doctor has concerns about that approach. Which is very reasonable!

Maconza I fully agree with what LetoMan said, he will notice very well that you have an extra very hard testicle, plus he will notice that you have thick cables/wires that pass through your penis up to the tank, do not change doctors under any circumstances, he is one of the few conscientious, other doctors to make money do not care about you and your girlfriend, trust me, then do what you want

1. I skipped injections, as implied by my signature. I feel significantly more pleasure having sex with an implant than I did with pills, mostly because I am not worried about my erection and can focus on the sex.

2. Like I said, no injections. They were too much for me even having never tried them! But I don’t have anything against injections, it’s just that they weren’t going to solve my problem, which was that I wanted a worry-free erection.

3. For me it’s the opposite, ever since being implanted over a year ago I think about sex fairly constantly, despite having a lot more of it than I ever did before.

Sheesh, guys seriously want to misread this. The OP is framing his real question - will my fiancée figure out I have an implant if we already have had sex - as a question about his doctor’s ability to ask him to discuss it with her.

I absolutely think it is best that one at least mention to one’s EXISTING SEXUAL PARTNER AND FIANCÉ that you are getting an implant before you do so, so that she is not completely taken by surprise and potentially something happens to the relationship. Laugh all you want, but i did manage to get and stay married to a woman for almost 20 years, and I stand by that 100%.

If you were engaged to be married, and your fiance suddenly got a boob job without talking to you about it, wouldn’t that at least be weird? Even if you liked it, wouldn’t it at least be a little strange that she didn’t bother to mention it to you, just came home one day with rock hard tits?

well i got you beat by 12 years on the marriage . 32 years married . And i have not told my wife about my implant and never will .
Or any other chick. Everyone has an opinion and mine is my medical business is mine ,to be shared if i choose to. Just like any women's past sexual life . That ,they will take to grave without ever being honest about it .if his fiancé notices that his dick is hard whenever she wants some . its all good .
But that doctor , demanding he tell his partner is way out of line . His place is to perform the implant . not to demand the patient that he must share that he has one with anyone. its confidential ,and the patient's and only his, to share if he chooses to do so. That was the question of the op's post .

We're only hearing one version of the story. I suspect there is a lot more nuance we don't understand.

macoza, FWIW, my doc told me that for insurance purposes the implant was last resort only if other treatments, including injections, didn't work. But he didn't ask me to prove it. So no problem.

Thats why I'm heavily thinking about getting an implant. But I think the uro won't let me get an implant for the reason that the injections work. What are your thoughts on this?

I'm with Letoman 100% - can't write it any better - you might ask yourself 1) 'what happens when your fiancee finds out,' and 2) 'how would you feel if the roles were reversed.' Respect and trust are the hallmarks of the best relationships.
