Azchris, I had sex at 6 1/2 weeks. It was passable. My recovery was kind of the middle path. Used all my pain pills plus maybe 2 left over from a root canal. Alternated ibuprofen & acetaminophen on schedule. Go buy an arm load of stuff at Walmart. Take back what you don't use. I forget the name but a tube of skin numbing cream was used. I feel like I took most of a year to feel totally recovered
My dr won't use the pubic method. There is a nerve bundle there & he said why risk it. I was ok with it. Us men are overly afraid of having our sack cut on. It isn't bad, get over it. Also, lots of guys get the excess tubing all balled up on the pubic bone using the pubic approach. Any grinding during sex hurts.
Above all else remember. This is not a penis lengthening surgery. If you're sized according to your measurement? Your cylinder tips will be somewhere in your penis head. They do a stretched penis test prior. It doesn't do anything for you. RTE's come in .5cm increments. Yu need them to customize your implant length to your mesaurement. The tips should either just touch the tissue marking the end of the penis but not miss it by more that .5cm. Many drs are willing to hit the end. If they hit it by too much then that tissue wall can erode away. Then you'll need another surgery to replace it with mesh or cadaver tissue.
