I’m probably going to hop on hCG; I’ve tried exogenous test and it felt like castration. I would love to try Clomid but have a susceptibility to ototoxicity. I have never heard of Caborgoline and have no clue what it does.

Caborgoline reduces prolactin (targeting low normal levels), is used off-label for DE, though the evidence base is not robust. They say it's a long-acting dopamine receptor agonist. It's not without some crappy GI side effects. No free lunch I guess!

I've been taking Cabergoline for several years. Started 2× week, which is the typical dosage, but moved up to 3× in the last year. I've never noticed it helped but I'm too afraid to stop lest it is providing some marginal boost.

I've read buspirone ropinorole and pramiprexole may also increase ability to orgasm

Floridaspeedo, I've had very good experiences with PT-141 and have posted about it in a few threads. Before the surgery I used it on average once a week and had used it for a couple years. I've gotten it from Mint Rx. I also found that THC/CBC(1:1) drinks work well, as do Sativa gummies. I'm about to try PT-141 again.

How many times a week do you use it ? How long have you been using it ? And what's your source of choice ?

I was reading about Peptides. I tried PT141. I have magically for the past 10 days, had an orgasm every day. Oral, anal or by my masturbation. It's not cheap but is has unlocked my "issue."

I have tried it 3 - 4 times a week and I am not saying to use it 7 days which you shouldn't but it works for me.

I tried Vyleesa, cabergoline, a bunch of meds some for parkinsons(which I don't have) and oxytocin. None had any effect.

I tried the PT141 and for me it works but all of our bodies are different. There are many sites but Power peptides is one of them. You can find it cheaper if you dig around.

I'm no expect at this Implant subject. The only problem I had was the PUMP BALL. That damn thing was hard as a rock, in the early stages. I was scared as hell that I would damage or break something. But I had two AMS Support meetings and they assured me that I couldn't damage, break, or dislocate anything. The pump ball eventually flexed up and pumping was more tolerable. Size wise, I was very confused. I lost about 3/4 inch in length. But my wife said the thickness was better. After the surgery, when she examined my thing, she ask me a simple question, "What are you gonna do with that thing"? It was beat up and shrunk. After many URO appointments and many, many, many exercises, things began to look and feel better. Thickness returned but still lost about 3/4 inch. But as I have said many times, "It's not the size of the ship, that makes you sea sick, it's the motion of the ocean". Some will say crap like, I had GREAT sex with 12 women in 6 hours, came 10 times, and all that other shyt. Which they are just having a mental wannabe dream. And real man know, It's all about the Pipe you are laying. And to the brother that was having the muscle craps and weak knees, you might want to try it side by side doggie style. But to net it out.....Never had a problem reaching the orgasm. No lost in sensitivity.
