In general, This new tenacio pump is strange, I heard that many people have a relief valve that releases pressure after pumping and the penis deflates. How is it with you?

AntonS, mine exhibits 2 unexpected behaviors : 1) I have to keep the deflate button pressed while deflating; 2) within 30-60 min of deflating it auto-inflates to about 30-35%. I've become accustomed to keeping the deflate button pressed, so that's no big deal. And being 30-35% inflated when flaccid feels better to me than being fully deflated. So again, I'm good with that also. When inflated, the cylinder pressure holds fine. When deflated, I get the impression the pressure in the cylinders and reservoir equalize. My Dr offered to replace the pump if either of these become bothersome. I let him know I'm good with how things are, but will take him up on the offer if it becomes unreliable.

Kodixx, thank you for the explanation! Well, yes, automatic pumping by 30-35% is better than if it fell during sex) By the way, the button on the ms pump needs to be held down for 3-4 seconds, and then released, when you feel vibration. Surely, you tried to do this. How do you like the CX in general, if we omit the situation with the new pump? Do you regret not installing titanium? I can’t decide between them. But mine is 6.2-6.3 girth. I don’t know if I’ll keep it with the CX

AntonS, yes, my Dr had me try several different things including adding a couple pumps back after deflating. Nearly the same outcome with all of them. All-in-all, I like the CX, even with the Tenacio pump :) My girth is 5.5", down about 1/2" from before. Hoping I'll gain some back over time, but if not the 5.5" is still getting the job done. Have you talked to your Dr about your girth expectations relative to CX vs Titan ? I'm no expert, but I believe the Titan is known to expand to wider girths.

My titan one touch works but if you go to website it shows you to grab your shaft and squeeze. I usually hold the valve and squeeze the shaft. Goes down quicker.
Believe post prostate surgery I was around 5 inches down from 6. Never measured girth but post titan otr 20 cm seems thicker.

I dunno if its because of my size but i need to hold the button down and squeeze. If i just hold the button down it goes down to a semi. I really have to squeeze for a bit to get all the fluid out.
