Osprey_1, all good advice (except one) that's posted above. I would add that if you're not getting what you need from your Dr, be sure to set up a specific appointment with him/her for that purpose. If that doesn't work, don't hesitate to get multiple additional medical opinions if for no other reason to give you the confidence that your condition has been appropriately assessed, complete with expectations and options for resolution to pursue further.
