Oh, sorry. I’ve got cock rings on my mind. L-Arginine and Pycnogenol combo is supposed to work well, especially if (like me) you can’t tolerate Cialis.

Out of curiosity, why are you opposed to rings?

Give daily cialis (Tadalafil) a try. 2.5mg or 5mg a day will likely help a lot.
Talk to your doc about it and if you are in the US they can call in the prescription to CostPlus Drugs (Mark Cuban’s online pharmacy). That is where I get mine and it’s about $20 (including shipping!) for a 90 pill 3 month supply.
