I really like daily Tadalafil. It definitely helps with engorgement. And when I take it regularly I get erections around/on top of my implant when I’m turned on and wake with morning wood.

I’m in process of getting a new Uro, I’ll get the daily Tadalafil on list, another med that I asked a previous Uro for was Pentoxifyline, I found it good for sensation. Hopefully I’ll have plenty sensation with my new toy. So far I’m optimistic.
