Genetically sky-high Lp(a) of 390 led to various heart diseases. Ultra-low testosterone of 120 (now 480 with Clomid) also contributed to ED at age 41. Managing with daily Cialis, but for me, the implant is a "when", not an "if".

As a tall, handsome guy in his mid-30's who's doing pretty well financially ... having a functional penis has been life-changing. I can't have the life I have today without the implant.

Really? All I hear is beta.
Born 1974. Implanted 5/21/2024. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

Germaican, I was in the same situation. And I'll say, FWIW, at 3+ months post-op the ability to again have PIV sex has been a godsend for my wife and I. We got good at a few things in the mean time, and still include that, but the return to PIV sex has made sex 'great again' :)
