Whenever I've developed bruising as you described it was always because I didn't apply pressure long enough after I injected. It doesn't help that I am on a blood thinner, but I have noticed I must apply pressure to the injection site for a minimum of 5 minutes. That will usually avoid any bruising or bleeding underneath the skin after an injection.
70 year old legally separated retired health-care professional. ED began in my early 50's. Viagra worked great for about 5 years, then had cardiac by-pass surgery and eventually moved to injections about 10 years ago.
