How common is it to skip injections and go straight for implant?

I tried pills PLUS injections for a number of years. The pills gave me a headache, and the injections gave me a deep ache in the pelvis. Initially I got hard, but I would quickly lose the erection because 1) my head ache was pounding, 2) my pelvis and my balls ached 3) I was constantly worried that I would lose my erection.

The fact is that I had a venous leak that no amount of Tri mix injection was going to overcome. Plenty of blood coming into the penis, same amount going out.

For men that have insufficient blood coming into the penis ( with no venous leakage), injections can work, and at a dosing strength that doesn’t cause pain.

If I were you, I would try injections for a short period before getting implanted, but I wouldn’t waste time chasing it.

I skipped injections, I had went to see my military urologist about prostrate problems with peeing and they had a questionnaire asking about other sexual problems and I just opened up and answered everything that I was having a problem with.
I wasn't too thrilled about doing injections and my military doc didn't say that he wanted me to try them, after I told him about the kinds of problems I was having with erections.
They gave me a Boston Scientific cure for ED video to watch, I talked to my wife about it and decided that would be the best option for me and her.
I had the Boston Scientific Rezume procedure to shrink my benign enlarged prostrate. I had total ED after the procedure, nothing would work, it was depressing to go those three months without sex. I can't imagine what some of the guys on FrankTalk have went through on their long journey of nonexistent erections. I waited 3 months before I got my implant.
I believe that the military didn't really want to go to the injections because I'm thinking the military health care system wouldn't cover the injections, but they did cover the pills.

Best decision ever, I don't have to take a pill and wonder if I'll get lucky with my wife. I don't have to worry about what to eat when I want to take a pill to have sex, those days are over.
I just say Honey do you want some action tonight and viola instant hard on after pumping up.

I love it,
SWorks

I skipped injections because I was taking an excessive amount of Viagra and my urologist knew I'd do the same with injections. Better to get to the final ultimate solution that makes life a lot easier.

The documented, proven treatment options are:
Pills, VED + constriction ring, shots, implant.

Everyone goes through the options that interest them.

I had ZERO interest in VED + constriction ring. It looked uncomfortable, was really time limited, and inconvenient.

That’s a valid choice.

Some guys have ZERO interest in sticking a needle in their dicks.

That is an equally valid choice.
