Max inflation girth after having my reservoir’s saline increased from 125cc to 145cc.

During my revision 2 years ago I asked my surgeon to add in a little more saline because I was able to inflate to the point of the bulb going flat. He agreed to add 20cc of saline to my reservoir during an unrelated revision surgery I was having. That’s an additional 16% more fluid.

I have a 24cm titan XL. If I was able to use all of the extra 20cc of saline in my reservoir would that potentially mean my implants cylinders could have 16% more maximum girth than my implants cylinders did when I only had 125cc saline and not 145cc?

I have recently started to encounter the flat bulb issue while MAXING out for a cycle.
Did you get a complete replacement as part of the unrelated revision surgery.
Or, did they only add saline to your existing reservoir. Not sure how 145cc will behave in a 125ccreservoir.

I am curious, can you tell if your girth or length increased due to having more saline?

You guys all have well above average sized penises and correspondingly longer implants than most on here (lucky you!), so no surprise you max out the reservoir. Sounds like they should be doing 145cc for anyone with a 26 cm or more cylinder routinely.

Clavell said he does (and did for me). His words were “an extra 15mL usually” but I don’t think he had his notes for me specifically. Follow up was a couple months after.

I have a 28cm Titan with a slightly overfilled reservoir, I think around 130ml. I’m only at 12 weeks, but mine gets rock hard and so far I don’t run out of fluid.

I do find that I can’t really keep my implant fully deflated. Right after cycling I can deflate to the point it feels somewhat like a deflated balloon in my dick, but after a few minutes it feels slightly full again.

I’m not sure if the overfilled reservoir is the issue, or maybe I have strong abs, but it seems like maybe fluid is pushing past the check valve, or not fully returning to the reservoir and getting back to the cylinders.

145ml is a lot of fluid…don’t be surprised if you have some issues with not being able to be fully deflated, or the implant partially inflating on its own. You won’t run out of fluid though!
