My wife has used Ozempic for over a year and has lost over 45 pounds. However, several days after the injection she experiences severe nausea, sometime vomiting.

A lot of us are starting to tirate our mixture, taking half a dose instead of a full one. Benefits are that your super expensive (and why) Ozempic costs you half as much and the effects of nausea are not as exaggerated.
18 clicks on the pen gives you have a dose.

I started using a compounded Semaglutide sublingual solution about 5 weeks ago.
It's a daily dose that you hold under your tongue for 10 minutes.
I started out on 1mg/day, and upped it to 2mg the second month.

I haven't lost any measurable weight yet, but I do notice less of an urge to snack between meals, and my tendency to overeat seems to be a bit less.

Next month I'll go up to 3ng, which is the usual max dose. Hopefully I'll see some real results soon.

The first month at 1mg was $165, with the second month, 2mg dose being around $235. I think the final dosage will run about $300/month.

The retail cost for the brand name stuff is 3 or 4 times that.
I wish I knew where you guys are getting the injections for $300. :o
Age 59. AMS 700 LGX 21cm + 2cm RTE.
Peniscrotal, 2/23.
6.25" OEM with Cialis, about 5" post-op. (11/01: Length 6.75" and girth is up to 4.75" mid shaft.) Still growing, albeit slowly. :D
Cycling daily. Hoping to get to 7". ;)

Why do you guys take Ozempic? Why not get your diet on point and hit the gym? Lift heavy and pack lots of cardio in. I am not on about doing it half hearted, you need to be 100% committed and devote considerable time to this.
I work 60 hours a week, but still have time for heavy lifting and extensive cardio. I also eat clean wholefoods and have cut out all takeaways and processed foods. Surely you just need a bit of discipline?

Nice thing about Ozempic is that it doesn't need discipline or diet or anything. I drink alcohol and everything. Just can't eat big portions of anything. Only change is I try to walk 50 minites a day, most days.
TommyDog, don't you think most of us getting older codgers have not tried every diet and exercise available to man? Because of a heart condition I can only walk for exercise now. Or have an hour of sex once a week? LOL

In Canada Novo Nordisk didn't pay fees to keep the exclusive licence for more years, so in Jan. 26 we will have generic O hitting the market, at hopefully far reduced pricing. If anyone knows more about this, I am all ears.

Looks like it will be between 100 and 135 a month from Sandox and another top manufacturer. Beats the 280 I pay now.
