Is there a risk of infecting the implant due to these injections?

I am interesting in this too.
What say the different surgeons about? Eid, Hakky, Clavel etc

I know Dr. Eid is against fillers because he told me as much. I can’t imagine that any of the other top implant surgeons support them. It’s strictly for cosmetic appearances, doesn’t last long, and could interfere with the implant.

Fat injection lasts forever. I mean I get injected more than 10 years ago and fat is still there

Yes it's lumpy but it doesn't annoy me. I could share pics but you would see nothing other than a large penis. Nothing special to see, it's when you touch it that you feel some fat. Girls feel it but doesn't matter, when you fuck the fat goes down as the skin does but with a condom everything stays in place and gives you extra girth

How does it interfere with an implant ?

After completing 3 months post-implant..it was finally time to work on the girth.

Today met Dr.Seit in Toronto.Very professional and nice clinic.
He has already done HA fillers on guys with implants, so that was a relief.

He uses a blunt canula ..just one needle hole on skin and the rest is manipulating the canula. I saw the whole process all along since was in an upright position.

He was bit skeptical of my earlier fillers might make it difficult to inject if fibrosis is encountered. Luckily he didn't have any issues and managed to inject 6 strings( 1.2 ml each) into the shaft only. Mostly the top part since the implant has made it flatter.

He will see me in 2 weeks just to make sure things are ok.

Will post pictures once the swelling goes down...to get an accurate girth data.

Unfortunately, Eid didn’t elaborate; he just said stay away from them…I know I read somewhere on this site that Eid referred a guy who was insistent on getting fillers to to Perito. (I get a bad vibe from Perito from watching several of his videos)

ohhhhh , so the reason to not get HA fillers is because you get a perceived bad vib from watching a video . got it .
From what research i could find is that permanent fillers are a risky choice , due the fact that correcting issues involves surgery . While regular fillers can be dissolved with an injection if wanted .
But if you have ipp cylinders ,then i suppose sticking one of those with a needle would be a bad outcome . I don't have that worry with a malleable , and for those that do have ipp's ,there is a different needle and method for the injection of the HA fillers that won't poke a hole in the dick balloons
