3 months post surgery I am 4 o clock when fully inflated.

My angle started to change as the weight increased.I had three rounds of fillers starting in 2016.It did increase the weight and I got a longer flaccid hang too.

The bigger question here is does angle matter to you guys who have used the implant?

I have that "fat pad" just above my penis and could stand to lose some weight to get rid of it. When I'm pumped up fully rock hard or like steel, it hangs out pretty close or just above the 3 o'clock position. If I pull or push the fat pad up and in, then I get close to a 1 - 1:30 o'clock position. But overall I'm just happy I can get a rock hard and useful erection.
