That is because of your RTEs. An implant without RTEs has no hinge effect and can't be swivelled around like that

Same for me. My pre-implanted erection pointed north to approx 1:30-2:00 because of a natural upward curve I used to have. However the implant cylinders only know to go straight line when inflated. That’s what makes them effective in straightening Peyronie’s curves. Similarly, the implant flattened my erection angle to straight out (3:00) or pointed straight up if lying on my back. While the shaft remains straight, I can pivot the shaft some at the base so it hasn’t been a problem finding the target. BTW, I have zero RTEs.

It’s something that originally concerned me and I guess visually I would still prefer my old erection angle if given a choice. But functionally it’s not been an issue. For me an insignificant trade off.

mine points at 12, no rte, if i push it forward i can only push it 1 inch then it hurts, too hard at the moment, it is absolutely not possible to bend it, will you be able to make it flex without pain later? can i do all the positions? what should i watch out for?
