Trying to understand why natural is better than implant?

Yeah I am leaning towards the implant even though I can get an erection on trimix and sometimes on PDE5's. I love the Trimix but I also love my current size and Dr. EID says that papaverine over time will scar the corpra cavernosa which atrophies the penis and forces them to use small cylinders when the ICI eventually fails.

Is their anyone here who has used the injections for a really long time frequently with no adverse events? If that is the case I would love to hear.

Spoken to a few of you already in deciding on my IPP as well and great input all the way around. Im in the same situation as Hilly, mine works with the Injections very well but causes me a lot of pain and I have to do the second shot to get it down aint no fun. Pills are unreliable, its a struggle to decide when the ball ultimately falls in your court but Im not about to loose size either so Im definitely in the IPP before injections camp. Ive read some signatures on the forum where some guys use Trimix with great success for a decade and for some it looses efficacy over a yer or maybe a little more. Would love to hear more input on this, just wish you could opt to pay for NASA grade components and make it last for decades.
