It usually goes away when I move, but the night after I tried PT-141 it stayed hard for several minutes.

I haven't figured out how old you are yet but if you don't want to say it doesn't matter, I'm in the same situation as you I canceled the implant twice, about 3 months ago my teststerone doctor gave me mesterolone and everything went well with the pills and I canceled the implant for the second time, now at 3 months everything is back or worse than before, I called my implantologist and asked when I can do the implant, he told me on December 5th, I'm tired of stuff myself with medicines in addition to those for heart disease, this time I will go all the way, I'm sorry for you but apparently this problem does not come out
56, DE since 2010, the pills worked at high doses not well, on 01/23/23 titan one touch 22, Dr. Gabriele Antonini, Replacement from titan to cx 21 with ms pump on 04/03/2025, today I am almost 60 years old and have various pathologies, testosterone

I am single. I'm avoiding sex and most of the time avoiding masturbation. I have a good sex drive and would like to be able to be able to jerk off and have dates and casual sex again.

What is so frustrating and giving me pause is that I get strong night erections almost every night for what feels like hours sometimes (light sleeper). But then daytime when I just want to rub one out, despite taking a combination of dick pills daily I keep losing the erection and so I go for a week or two at a time backed up blue balls unable to masturbate and miserable. And then randomly I get a good erection to masturbate with two or three times a month and I doubt the implant decision.

Never mind sex, I just want to be able to at the very least masturbate when I feel the urge and an implant is likely the only way to get that, but what's up with the night erections and the decent day erection once in a while?

I understand you. I don't feel ready to give up nocturnal erections too. I dislike pills unreliability, which makes difficult planning and give me bad mood when working poorly. The fact is every time a have a decent week I feel like I don't want to give up. Even if I know it's just a shitty moving up and down.

I am the same as you. When I have a decent erection I feel fine and think that my problem is just a mental block. And then during the bad periods I just want the implant to be done already.

Even if were just a mental block though, what is the best case scenario? I’ve already been forced to avoid sex and a lot of the time avoid even masturbation for a couple of years. If it is such a big mental block I don’t think there’s any way it’s going to get better.

I’m around your age. I’m sorry to hear things are worse again for you. Yes I think I should just “bite the bullet” also.

Exactly. An erection that goes away quickly when you move is a telltale sign of severe venous leak. You have 2 options realistically. Venous leak surgery which is experimental or implant.

So this is my predicament. Since I can't trust my mood about this I did a diary to see if I'm looking at my problem realistically.

Since January I have been able to get and keep an erection long enough for masturbation (say 10 minutes or so) about 25 times, with about 2-3 levitras usually. A few years ago I could have sex for hours just using levitras.

Many more times this year I got hard but then couldn't keep it to finish jerking off or I wanted to get off but didn't even try because I didn't want to spoil my mood with negative reinforcement.

As I mentioned the PT141 definitely helped and kept me hard on and off for much of the night but it also made me feel ill for several days. It's probably not realistic to keep using it but maybe it means my problem is partly in my head, since PT-141 works on the level of the brain (although nobody really knows how it works).

What about those 25 successful times?

ED gets progressively worse. Try finding a professional woman you are comfortable with. Try several times with her and see how you perform in a real life situation. I’m sure it will give you clarity on your next move… whatever that may be.

40 or 60mg levitra for jerking off isn't that few.

What about your weight, cardiovascular health and drugs which could interact with erection (sleeping pills, ADs, etc.)?

I'm 6' 170 lbs in very lean gym shape. No cardio problems. No meds that affect erections.

I think my problem is basically either bending injury or scarring from injections. Pills were working well before but once I tried injections I found them much more reliable for performance anxiety for casual sex (which was all sex since I'm single) so I used them a lot not knowing the scarring danger, until suddenly they stopped working. I have been off injections for most of the past year and as I said I was able to make pills work again 25 times this year for brief jerkoffs, but unreliably.

If only there were a way to rehabilitate the scar tissue nodules. But honestly, I'm not getting any younger. I feel I'm running out of time. If I'm like everybody in the history of my family despite the best health care possible I'll be dead in 10-15 years. My family tends to die young from aneurisms and stuff. I can't waste another 2 years letting the body maybe heal itself, maybe not heal.

But in the middle of the night every night I wake up thinking I'm out of my mind to consider major surgery and almost cancel it. The stress of it is making me feel ill.

Don't overthinking about where you will be in 10 years as long as you're healthy.

Yer, injections may cause scars. Is it just an idea or did you have a doppler ultrasound?
Have you ever considered a TRT or else?

Doc could feel scar tissue with his fingers. Yes, I've been on TRT for years.
