Started with Viagra at age 40. Worked good for about 12 years.
Tried Trimix injections, worked great for about 8 years
Now Trimix no longer works.
I got implant on Oct 26th 2022.

struggling with posting to the board tonight especially with photos attached. I am in some pain but really as long as I don't move it's not very bad at all minute I move it's real real bad on the bottom of my balls

59 yrs old. Viagra starting mid-forties, then injections which continue to be less effective. Pre op length 2-3 in flacid length 5.5 girth 5 inches def more grower vs shower implanted 10.24 by Dr Carrion USF. post op 4.75 l 5 girth

so the pics are from about 8am this morning aPPROX 24 hours after surgery
I have a real strong but dull pain in the testicles It is bearable the most annoying part is the drain. Having the bag attached and try to remember and deal with it every time I move is a challenge. Home health care coming at 1 pm I think they are taking it out at that point.
Per instructions trying to keep it posted to the sky which feels weird and walking -- even to the bathroom and back with a semi woody and strapped up like that feels weird.
It is bigger than my normal flaccid size but it doesnt seem near as big as I used to be hard and my understanding is that it will not get much bigger than this when inflated although with exercise and cycling I can get it close to where I was.
keeping it iced will be glad to get rid of the drain

The first couple weeks are challenging Took about 30+ days to calm down (swelling, discomfort, etc) but it only gets better. Even now 4 months after implant I may get a twinge but all in all, works great and I barely know it is there.
I do though need to be a bit more selective on my shorts depending on where I am going.
