Mine is similar. It has always been a bit tender if I press down on it but hasn’t been a problem during sex.

I have the same problem. Mine is kinked and presses on the left base of my junk. Hurts if messed with too much and visibility noticed and felt if my scrotum is relaxed. I contacted Dr Eid for his opinion and said in was an inelegant piece of work. My FA surgeon says she’ll fix it but I think I’m going to wait and try to get Dr Eid or Perito to fix it.

I think it's a kink as well. My pump never made noise before and ever since this showed up somehow my pump is pretty loud. Also has a loud vibrating sound like it's squeezing through tubes...but it still works so I'm not too concerned and can live with it. Hope it doesn't wear it faster.

Tube kink here too. Visible and palpable. And also cylinder kink on the other side when inflated. I contacted Dr. Eid who did my last surgery and he told me it's a cosmetic issue and suggested me to do nothing if it doesn't bothers me. It doesn't bothers me phisically because I don't feel any discomfort but it bothers a bit psychologically because if a girl notice that it's weird. Especially for me that i want to not reveal the implant to my partners. But I also don't want to do a 4th penile implant surgery at 34 years old so i will live that that. I will ask my surgeon to fix these things on my next surgery when this implant will fail. At least the other aspects about my implants are great: no size loss (i even gained more), pump well hidden behind testicles, very good erections, pretty good glans engorgment and my partners are very satisfied.
I noticed that Ramon Nomar the well known porn actor that has a penile implant also has a similar (maybe less pronounced) tubing visibility issue. Take a look at this (horrible) porn video (minute 8.45) if you want to take a look at it:

Hey Steve, yup looks about the same as mine. Thanks for sharing. My doc said same thing too, just a little kink cosmetic problem but if all works and functions fine and doesn't bother me then it is what it is....mine is getting a bit less painful now. Definitely nothing I'd want a revision for. So I'll live with it. Ps jesus huge dick my guy. Nice!!
