I agree with you. There is always a price to learn, and thanks God it is only a pain that will go away soon.
There are a lot of (enhancement) methods to length improvement and glans engorgement. I agree that these are all successful with variable outcomes, but we should be careful with them. Of course, the best thing to do is to consult your surgeon before trying any of them. VED, Trimix gel, and Perito exercises, could all be good but not every surgeon agrees with their usage, or they believe regular cycling is enough.
I'm happy with the outcome of my implant and specially for not needing to think much about these things anymore. This is just my opinion. Others may want to maximize gains, which is good, but will need to be careful with the implant.

Pain levels/tolerance are different for everyone. I get that.
I was fortunate. I had "discomfort" but not pain. 3/4 out of 10. I took 3 Advil 3 times a day and iced the jewels several times a day for the first week and didn't do any thing more than doc said to do. By week two I was cycling twice a day for 15 minutes.
By week three the bruising has going away and I was tender but not pain.
By week four I was cycling several times a day and no pain.
Week five was the test run and we've not looked back.
PM if you'd like to chat/Zoom.

Dang that's amazing, looked like that's how I was headed and day 10 almost pain free then something happened, either I pulled it or moved it or played with it too hard but whole thing wen to feeling on fire. Hasn't changed for the last 6 days now so a bit concerned but doc said it looked fine. Literally debilitating pain, hard to walk. Need constant prescription pain meds to even stay level, I wouldn't have made it without them. Everything looks okay and fine but the dick and balls are just so tender and sore...I go see the doc for my 21 day check up on Monday and praying everything is fine, which it should be...I just must be healing weird...seems not toooo out of the norm....the 1-2 pumps I squeezed in there
Must have really agitated things I guess. Now there's no chance I could do that again with the pain...I should've left it alone...praying it gets better, I think It will. I had a taste of victory and what my life was about to be hahaha can't wait to get that back and be pain free and start cycling...
