Fear of not being able to perform is a libido killer. I know after my implant, my sex drive went through the roof, and has stayed there.

But how was your libido before the implant?

It was crap. Over time the fear of not being able to perform, gradually prevented me from attempting sex at all. Got my implant and boom! Libido went through the roof, and I want sex all the time. I now have sex 4 or 5 times a week and even throw in a jerk off or two for good measure.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

Yes I've read about it being a life changer. But I do have libido issues. I really dont understand why my libido has dropped. So i have 2 questions...

1) What do you recommend in boosting libido?

2) has your implant improved your libido?

You’ll want to have sex with every women you see after you have an implant and know that you’d satisfy any women, point blank

So I'm confused. Was the basis of your libido mental? My libido is not mental just so you know.

No offense, but I think our libidos and desire for sex largely originates in the brain. After all, the brain is our largest sex organ. What is your basis for saying your libido isn't mental?

No offense taken, thanks.

To answer your question, for the simple fact that I as forced a medication that permanently damaged many parts of my body including penis and head.

Medications can have a horrific effect on our bodies. Please seek further diagnosis and help. With the right doctor, maybe this can be corrected.

Hi SteveSW... appreciate this but for the past 26 years I've seen dozens upon dozens of docs. Not one of them was able to correct my medical issues.

I'm at the point where I'm thinking of either seeking an alternative doctor of the esoteric kind or simply ending my life. Its just too much to bear.

At this point have you considered, seen a good therapist? I certainly would in your situation. Regardless of the physical issues, feeling better about yourself as a whole is far more important. Please seek some help.

If you mean therapist, keep in mind that a therapist wont bring back my phy health back. Matter of fact, 2 years ago I tried to see one. But the clinic I went to had constant "air conditioning" issues and turned away patients. I tried going to a hospital-based clinic but they were understaffed due to the pandemic and they couldnt accommodate me as a result. So I finally gave up.

With all due respect, "feeling good about yourself" is relative. The way I can feel good is if my phy health is brought back. I need a miracle. But I do deeply appreciate that youre trying to help.
