The AMS pump also seems to soften over time. Try heating it or taking a hot bath to soften it. I felt like I was squeezing a rock when I first started.

Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.

Happy to report that the pumping is getting easier.
I have a couple questions on cycling though. First, I am cycling roughly an hour fully inflated and night and probably 30 minutes in the morning. Is that enough time to get length and width gains (it hurts like a MFer after about 15 minutes).
Second, I know everybody varies, but how long after starting the cycling regime did you all start to see length and/or girth gains?
