The pump is extremely concealed and cannot be seen that anything is there, it is behind both my balls and I can't feel it when sitting down, can barely feel anything there somehow...feels perfect. But if I reach around my balls (which my sack looks huge now since my balls are spread out and no longer touching) I can feel the lump which I'd say is bigger than my balls. I have a small sack I guess so I also feel pumping will be hard as there's not much more skin to "give" when trying to grab it. I did play around with it (gently) today and tried feeling for the release valve and maybe gave it a minor squeeze but it was nearly rock hard so I think this thing is going to be harder to squeeze than I anticipated.
