Good news, not all of it. I think a simple math using the difference in implant diameters then figure the girth should put you real close to your answer.

The chart basically gives you the length in different sizes. I wish I got the longest and would have thought long and hard (no pun) about my 3rd surgery.
The good thing about the malleable is that when in slacks, you can proudly strut your stuff, lol. Esp. since there is no way to change the length. You will have guys (in showers) and gals (in public) eyeing you for the length itself:)

I did not get the LGX because of durability. For the things I do, Coloplast would make more sense.

In real time I think you can figure the girth something like this. Before Ed my best girth was probably 6 and 2/3 to a little more than 6 and 3/4. I have an LG X. It's girth starts at 12 mm and it expands up to 18 mm. So right now when I'm fully deflated but still have enough to maintain roundness I am exactly 4 and 1/2 in in girth. When I fully inflate I can get close to 5 and 1/2 in in girth. If I had a Titan that starts at 18 mm and expands to 24 mm then it's possible that deflated I would be over 5 in and girth and fully inflated I would be over 6 inches in girth perhaps even six and a half. So compare that to the malleable. They make a 13 mm but from what I was told by the Boston Scientific RN that would probably be too big to allow me to pee freely. She was thinking of the smaller one. So in my case I would probably be around three and a half inches to maybe 4 in girth with the biggest one that would allow me to pee freely.
