It is feasible but I would not recommend it. First, I would say having an implant will be new to you and you will feel somewhat self-conscience. A nurse wheeled me to the waiting vehicle driven by my wife, she gave me a pillow to cover my penis. (You will probably be sent home inflated to some degree.) Also, there will be some type of pain or discomfort. Things will be different. I did not have immediate issues after the implant but I would suggest having a person you trust to help escort you if possible. If not, I would suggest Uber over the train. Just my two cents, but I am sure others my have a different opinion.

No, pretty easy. Once you cut the bulb saline leaks out and deflates the tip of the catheter holding it in your bladder. It just feels funny coming out, like nothing I've ever felt. (and don't want to feel again!)

As far as a 5 hour train ride day 3 that may be rough. Pack an ice bag in a plastic bag in your underwear before.
