wolfpacker is correct of course, but to your question as to whether your Trimix tolerance buildup will keep you from getting full, I had a very high tolerance but he must use some strong PGE cause I got very full!

Ok I'll fill that in a little later. I just had the ams 700 implanted 6 weeks ago as of yesterday. I still have alot of soreness in the groin and abdomen area where the tube runs up to the reservoir. It's starting to concern me but I may have overdone things in previous weeks.

This wouldn't be a big deal but I was only 5 inches and now it looks like I'm going to be 4 and a half but worse, I feel like I've lost alot of girth. My wife says it's fine and that "we" worry too much about that. . But she's great and what else is she going to say. Is there any chance I might gain some size as time goes by?

You saying you lost size but your procedure was only 6 weeks ago? You've got tons of time to regain it back or gain more, no reason to worry about anything! When I was 5/6 weeks out I had dropped over 2" from 8.75" to 6.5". By week 8 I got back up to about 8" and it's been a slow but somewhat incremental increase since then, back to at least 8.5", sometimes more.

Find a implant doctor who works with a lot of Peyronie’s cases. He shouldn’t have an issue then.

I’m really considering an implant but am wondering, do all doctors do a stretch test first? Or are there other methods to determine the after implant pumped size?

During surgery docs do an internal flaccid stretch measurement. One study showed that a flaccid stretch was about 1/2 inch shorter than a good erection. If you have a spinal block your penis relaxes and allows for a fuller measurement.
But to answer your question, don't bother asking. I asked my first doc to show me and he walked out. The second one laughed and bragged he would shorten me 2 inches just like a patient he had recently implanted. The guy was so angry, he said, so I told him you only need about 3 1/2 inches for full penetration. I insisted my 3rd doc show me or I would cancel my apt. He stretched me out about 3/8 inch shorter than a good flaccid stretch. So I went with him and during surgery he measured me very short. I assume that he wanted to be sure that my LGX could not stretch me too far?
Bottom line is that with the right doctor you don't need to see. The wrong doctor makes you shorter no matter what he tells you.
