I am experiencing a similar issue, but my penis is not twisted. But I developed a kink/knob that is pretty pronounced on the left side.
It's not painful for me but it's pretty weird, I can clearly feel the kink when I masturbate. More I inflate, more the kink is pronounced and rock hard, it create like a rock angle on my left side. I attach a pic.
I just wrote to the doctor, I hope there is a way to improve it.

32yo, VL from birth. Implanted in 2020 with AMS CX by Gabriele Antonini. Pump stopped working after three months,replaced with new pump that stopped working again. Complete revision Titan Touch 24+1 implanted by Dr.Eid. Titan failed in October 2023.

Can't tell anything from that picture. To close up
70 year old, Married 53 years with two adult children.
Tried pills, herbs, and Trimix. Implanted by Dr. Hakky , in Atlanta, on the 1st, of September 2020. Titan XL 24cm's with two 1.5cm"s RTE"s

I tried my best to take a pic of it, not easy because I have pubic hairs that hide the kink. I have to push the pubic hairs with one hand to take I pic. I took another pic and I circled the kink area

55 yo w 20 yrs of worsening ED. VL on US. Tried all PDE5-Is w decreasing efficacy. No longer tolerating SEs from meds. INJs did not work out well for me. Now sched for IPP w Dr. Eid in 12/2023.

Most definitely will do. Meeting is next week
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.
