I rather doubt your premise. Since she is communicating and indicating a desire to get back together it is unlikely she would be doing that just to get in a few digs to an ex.
Of course, some women are sufficiently vindictive to do that, but thankfully, it is (in my experience) fairly rare for a woman to invest a lot of energy in that sort of nonsense.
I do hope, for jimmi85's sake that you are wrong about her. But I do take your caution as prudent nonetheless.
